Arkansas grabbed a 76-73 win over Texas A&M on Saturday, behind a 17-point effort from JD Notae at Bud Walton Arena.
Arkansas did not, however, defeat Texas A&M against the spread, which closed at -9.0 at most sportsbooks.
Arkansas got 15 points from Stanley Umude and another 14 points from Jaylin Williams. JD Notae contributed 4 assists, while Jaylin Williams cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Texas A&M got a 25-point performance from Wade Taylor IV, who was supported by 13 points from Quenton Jackson. Marcus Williams had 3 assists in a losing cause for Texas A&M, while Tyrece Radford grabbed 11 rebounds.
Arkansas was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Arkansas won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 37-33.
Arkansas looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Ole Miss. Texas A&M will aim to get back on the winning track at LSU.
