Navy grabbed a 74-73 win over Princeton on Friday, behind a 20-point effort from Sean Yoder at Alumni Hall.
Navy got 17 points from Tyler Nelson and another 10 points from Daniel Deaver. Daniel Deaver contributed 4 assists, while Nate Allison cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Princeton got a 20-point performance from Keeshawn Kellman, who was supported by 19 points from Matt Allocco. Tosan Evbuomwan had 5 assists in a losing cause for Princeton, while Tosan Evbuomwan grabbed 9 rebounds.
Navy was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Princeton won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-22.
Navy heads into a battle against Coppin State. Princeton, meanwhile, will have their next action against UMBC.
