Recap - UC Davis Defeats Cal State-Northridge 73-62
Elijah Pepper went off for 32 points and added 8 rebounds leading UC Davis to a 73-62 win over Cal State-Northridge on Wednesday at University Credit Union Center.
UC Davis did not, however, defeat Cal State-Northridge against the spread, which closed at -11.5 at most sportsbooks.
Christian Anigwe had 15 points for UC Davis and Kane Milling chipped in with 15 points. Christian Anigwe had 3 assists for them, while Christian Anigwe was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Cal State-Northridge got 42 points from Atin Wright in a losing cause and another 9 points from De'Sean Allen-Eikens. Marcel Stevens contributed 3 assists for them, while Onyi Eyisi had 6 rebounds.
UC Davis was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
UC Davis had a 40-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
