Stetson Hatters vs Florida State Seminoles Wrap - Stetson Wins 83-74
Florida State was burned for 27 points by Luke Brown on Monday as Stetson picked up a 83-74 win at Donald L. Tucker Center.
Stetson got 15 points from Alvin Tumblin and another 12 points from Wheza Panzo. Stephan Swenson contributed 7 assists, while Wheza Panzo cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
Florida State got 16 points from Matthew Cleveland in a losing cause and another 12 points from Caleb Mills. Jalen Warley contributed 5 assists for them, while Cam'Ron Fletcher had 9 rebounds.
Stetson led at halftime, 44-38.
Stetson had a 35-34 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Stetson looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Johnson & Wales-FL. Florida State will aim to get back on the winning track at Central Florida.
