Bradley Defeats Eastern Michigan 89-61 - Recap
The battle between Bradley and Eastern Michigan didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Eastern Michigan was handed a 89-61 defeat on Tuesday at Carver Arena.
Bradley was a -6.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
Bradley got 16 points from Malevy Leons and another 15 points from Ja'Shon Henry. Ville Tahvanainen contributed 2 assists, while Malevy Leons cleaned the glass with 6 rebounds.
Eastern Michigan got a 20-point performance from Emoni Bates, who was supported by 11 points from Colin Golson Jr.. Noah Farrakhan had 3 assists in a losing cause for Eastern Michigan, while Emoni Bates grabbed 6 rebounds.
Bradley was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Bradley had a 34-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Bradley looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Southeast Missouri State. Eastern Michigan will aim to get back on the winning track at Oakland.
