Recap - James Madison Defeats LIU 115-79
The battle between James Madison and LIU didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as LIU was handed a 115-79 defeat on Sunday at Atlantic Union Bank Center.
Julien Wooden had 18 points for James Madison and Vado Morse chipped in with 15 points. Terell Strickland had 8 assists for them, while Alonzo Sule was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 6 boards.
LIU got a 32-point performance from Marko Maletic, who was supported by 19 points from Andre Washington. R.J. Greene had 6 assists in a losing cause for LIU, while C.J. Delancy grabbed 8 rebounds.
James Madison was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
James Madison won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 35-29.
