Southern Utah blew out Bethesda on Monday, running up the score in a 126-67 win at America First Event Center.
Southern Utah got 16 points from Jason Spurgin and another 16 points from Dee Barnes. Drake Allen contributed 8 assists, while Parsa Fallah cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Bethesda got 22 points from Amar Ross in a losing cause and another 14 points from Daniel Estes. Amar Ross contributed 5 assists for them, while Daniel Estes had 10 rebounds.
Southern Utah was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Southern Utah had a 46-29 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Southern Utah looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Kansas. Bethesda will aim to get back on the winning track at UC San Diego.
