Elon cruised to victory on Monday, running Erskine out of the gym and running up a 80-55 score at Schar Center.
Elon got 16 points from Torrence Watson and another 15 points from Deandre Smart. Sean Halloran contributed 5 assists, while Torrence Watson cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Erskine got 16 points from Jaylen Prioleau in a losing cause and another 8 points from Jerome Stephens. Lanyc Shuler contributed 6 assists for them, while Jalen Canada had 6 rebounds.
Elon was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Elon won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 47-31.
