Holy Cross got 15 points from Gerrale Gates and another 11 points from Joe Octave. Nolan Dorsey contributed 4 assists, while Gerrale Gates cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Loyola-Maryland got 14 points from Chris Kuzemka in a losing cause and another 13 points from Golden Dike. Kenneth Jones contributed 3 assists for them, while Golden Dike had 12 rebounds.
Loyola-Maryland had a 32-24 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Holy Cross looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Lehigh. Loyola-Maryland will aim to get back on the winning track at Bucknell.
