Colgate grabbed a 87-73 win over Navy on Thursday, behind a 18-point effort from Braeden Smith at Cotterell Court.
Keegan Records had 16 points for Colgate and Oliver Lynch-Daniels chipped in with 12 points. Tucker Richardson had 7 assists for them, while Jeff Woodward was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.
Navy got 12 points from Daniel Deaver in a losing cause and another 12 points from Sean Yoder. Tyler Nelson contributed 3 assists for them, while Tyler Nelson had 9 rebounds.
Colgate was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Navy won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 33-26.
Next game, Colgate takes its act on the road to face Army looking for another win. For Navy, they head home to face Lehigh.
