The battle between Southern Indiana and Loras didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Loras was handed a 87-55 defeat on Friday at Screaming Eagles Arena.
Jelani Simmons had 21 points for Southern Indiana and Tyler Henry chipped in with 19 points. Jack Campion had 7 assists for them, while AJ Smith was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 7 boards.
Loras got a 19-point performance from Declan Ciurlik, who was supported by 13 points from Ali Sabet. Myles Barry had 4 assists in a losing cause for Loras, while Tyler Bass grabbed 7 rebounds.
