McNeese State got 30 points and 10 rebounds from Shahada Wells en route to a 87-76 victory over Michigan on Friday at Crisler Center.
McNeese State got 15 points from DJ Richards Jr. and another 14 points from Christian Shumate. Shahada Wells contributed 6 assists, while Shahada Wells cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Michigan got 20 points from Terrance Williams II in a losing cause and another 17 points from Dug McDaniel. Dug McDaniel contributed 5 assists for them, while Dug McDaniel had 8 rebounds.
