Vermont grabbed a 65-48 win over Bryant on Saturday, behind a 20-point effort from TJ Long at Roy L Patrick Gymnasium.
Vermont got 16 points from Shamir Bogues and another 13 points from Aaron Deloney. Aaron Deloney contributed 4 assists, while Shamir Bogues cleaned the glass with 9 rebounds.
Bryant got 14 points from Daniel Rivera in a losing cause and another 13 points from Earl Timberlake. Earl Timberlake contributed 6 assists for them, while Earl Timberlake had 15 rebounds.
Vermont was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Vermont had a 42-37 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
