Central Arkansas Falls 88-72 to Oklahoma - Recap
Oklahoma got 23 points from Javian McCollum en route to a 88-72 victory over Central Arkansas on Thursday at Lloyd Noble Center.
Otega Oweh had 16 points for Oklahoma and Sam Godwin chipped in with 14 points. Le'Tre Darthard had 5 assists for them, while Jalon Moore was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 9 boards.
Central Arkansas got 16 points from Johannes Kirsipuu in a losing cause and another 13 points from Ubongabasi Etim. Masai Olowokere contributed 6 assists for them, while Ubongabasi Etim had 8 rebounds.
Oklahoma was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Oklahoma won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 32-29.
Next game, Oklahoma takes its act home to face Monmouth looking for another win. For Central Arkansas, they head on the road to face Missouri.
