Marshall got 25 points from Obinna Anochili-Killen in a losing cause and another 19 points from Kevon Voyles. Kamdyn Curfman contributed 9 assists for them, while Nate Martin had 9 rebounds.
Toledo was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Toledo won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 35-28.
