Northwestern State Falls 78-75 Against Presbyterian - Game Recap
Presbyterian got 18 points from Marquis Barnett en route to a 78-75 victory over Northwestern State on Saturday at UNF Arena.
Presbyterian got 16 points from Samage Teel and another 13 points from Kory Mincy. Samage Teel contributed 4 assists, while Kaleb Scott cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Northwestern State got 25 points from Ryan Forrest in a losing cause and another 18 points from Braelon Bush. Justin Wilson contributed 3 assists for them, while Jamison Epps had 8 rebounds.
Presbyterian trailed at halftime, 35-32.
Presbyterian had a 33-31 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Presbyterian takes its act home to face Tennessee Tech looking for another win. For Northwestern State, they head on the road to face Louisiana-Monroe.
