LSU Defeats Ole Miss 89-80 - Recap

LSU got a 27-point performance from Jordan Wright as they ran past Ole Miss 89-80 on Wednesday at Pete Maravich Assembly Center.

LSU won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -3.0-point spread as favorites.

Jalen Cook had 16 points for LSU and Tyrell Ward chipped in with 11 points. Jordan Wright had 5 assists for them, while Will Baker was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.

Ole Miss got 23 points from Jaylen Murray in a losing cause and another 20 points from Allen Flanigan. Jaemyn Brakefield contributed 3 assists for them, while Jaemyn Brakefield had 9 rebounds.

LSU was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

LSU had a 41-32 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
