Recap - San Diego State Defeats Cal State-Fullerton 83-57
The battle between San Diego State and Cal State-Fullerton didn’t turn out to be much of a battle at all as Cal State-Fullerton was handed a 83-57 defeat on Monday at Viejas Arena at Aztec Bowl.
San Diego State was a -14.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters.
San Diego State got 27 points from Jaedon LeDee and another 17 points from Micah Parrish. Lamont Butler contributed 7 assists, while Jaedon LeDee cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Cal State-Fullerton got a 13-point performance from DJ Brewton, who was supported by 11 points from Max Jones. DJ Brewton had 6 assists in a losing cause for Cal State-Fullerton, while Grayson Carper grabbed 9 rebounds.
San Diego State was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
San Diego State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the BYU. Cal State-Fullerton will aim to get back on the winning track vs. La Sierra.
