Recap - Navy Defeats Holy Cross 80-70
Navy got a 35-point performance from Mac MacDonald as Navy handed Holy Cross a 80-70 defeat on Wednesday at Hart Center.
Austin Benigni had 17 points for Navy and Mike Woods chipped in with 13 points. Mike Woods had 4 assists for them, while Donovan Draper was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 8 boards.
Holy Cross got 20 points from Joe Octave in a losing cause and another 15 points from Will Batchelder. DeAndre Williams contributed 5 assists for them, while Caleb Kenney had 11 rebounds.
Navy was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Holy Cross won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 33-29.
Navy looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Lafayette. Holy Cross will aim to get back on the winning track at Lehigh.
