Missouri Falls 84-80 Against LSU - Game Recap
LSU grabbed a 84-80 win over Missouri on Saturday, behind a 24-point effort from Trae Hannibal at Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
LSU did not, however, defeat Missouri against the spread, which closed at -7.0 at most sportsbooks.
LSU got 14 points from Tyrell Ward and another 12 points from Hunter Dean. Trae Hannibal contributed 5 assists, while Will Baker cleaned the glass with 10 rebounds.
Missouri got 26 points from Sean East II in a losing cause and another 18 points from Noah Carter. Anthony Robinson II contributed 3 assists for them, while Sean East II had 5 rebounds.
LSU was losing at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
LSU had a 36-25 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
LSU looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Mississippi State. Missouri will aim to get back on the winning track at Georgia.
