Recap - Oregon Defeats California 68-65
Oregon got 18 points from Chris Boucher en route to a 68-65 victory over California on Wednesday at Matthew Knight Arena.
Oregon did not, however, defeat California against the spread, which closed at -3.5 at most sportsbooks.
Oregon got 17 points from Tyler Dorsey and another 9 points from Elgin Cook. Dillon Brooks contributed 4 assists, while Elgin Cook cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
California got 20 points from Jaylen Brown in a losing cause and another 17 points from Ivan Rabb. Jordan Mathews contributed 3 assists for them, while Jaylen Brown had 9 rebounds.
Oregon was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
California had a 37-33 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
Next game, Oregon takes its act home to face Stanford looking for another win. For California, they head on the road to face Oregon State.
