La Salle Explorers vs Rowan Profs Wrap - La Salle Wins 81-51
The battle between La Salle and Rowan didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Rowan was handed a 81-51 defeat on Saturday at Esby Gym.
La Salle got 19 points from Jordan Price and another 14 points from Rohan Brown. Jordan Price contributed 5 assists, while Tony Washington cleaned the glass with 11 rebounds.
Rowan got a 9-point performance from Shawn Wilson, who was supported by 8 points from Tommy Smierciak. Nick DePersia had 5 assists in a losing cause for Rowan, while Chris Gross grabbed 5 rebounds.
La Salle led at halftime, 81-51.
La Salle won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 43-33.
