Tulsa Defeats Tulane 89-82 - Recap

Sterling Taplin scored 24 points leading Tulsa to a 89-82 victory over Tulane at Reynolds Center on Wednesday.

Tulsa won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -10.5-point spread.

Pat Birt had 19 points for Tulsa and Jaleel Wheeler chipped in with 11 points. Sterling Taplin had 5 assists for them, while Junior Etou was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 9 boards.
