Northeastern Defeats Wentworth 83-49 - Recap
The battle between Northeastern and Wentworth didnt turn out to be much of a battle at all as Wentworth was handed a 83-49 defeat on Sunday at Matthews Arena.
Northeastern got 12 points from Shawn Occeus and another 11 points from Donnell Gresham Jr.. Vasa Pusica contributed 4 assists, while Donnell Gresham Jr. cleaned the glass with 7 rebounds.
Wentworth got 17 points from Jason Ganley in a losing cause and another 8 points from Stephen Azums. Cesar Fulcar contributed 3 assists for them, while Stephen Azums had 6 rebounds.
Northeastern was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.
Northeastern had a 38-27 advantage in the rebounding department as they won the battle in the paint.
