Oregon Falls 72-70 Against USC - Game Recap
Jonah Mathews scored 20 points leading USC to a 72-70 victory over Oregon at Galen Center on Thursday.
USC earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -4.5-point spread.
Chimezie Metu had 18 points for USC and Elijah Stewart chipped in with 12 points. Jordan McLaughlin had 11 assists for them, while Chimezie Metu was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 10 boards.
Oregon got 23 points from MiKyle McIntosh in a losing cause and another 17 points from Payton Pritchard. Payton Pritchard contributed 4 assists for them, while Troy Brown had 7 rebounds.
USC looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Oregon State. Oregon will aim to get back on the winning track at UCLA.
