Toronto Defeats Saskatchewan 29-26 - Recap

Daniel Adeboboye scampered through the Saskatchewan defense for 109 yards as Toronto handed the Roughriders a 29-26 defeat on Saturday at Mosaic Stadium.

Toronto won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -9.0-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 50.5.

Daniel Adeboboye rushed for 109 yards, while A.J. Ouellette added 50 yards in the win. Damonte Coxie and DaVaris Daniels added 105 and 84 receiving yards respectively.

Jamal Morrow rushed for 21 yards for Saskatchewan, while Antonio Pipkin added 15 yards. Jake Dolegala threw for 429 yards for the Roughriders, while receivers Samuel Emilus and Shawn Bane Jr. had 137 and 136 yards respectively.

Saskatchewan lost the offensive yardage battle to Toronto 571-466 yards in Saturday's game. Toronto had more first downs as that total ended up 27-26.

Saskatchewan lost the time of possession battle 30:04-29:56, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
