Recap - Tigers Defeat Texas A&M 24-10

The Tigers were Week 2 winners on Saturday, coming out on top of the Aggies by a score of 24-10 at Memorial Stadium-Clemson.

The Tigers earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -16.0-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 62.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.

Lyn-J Dixon rushed for 79 yards, while Travis Etienne added 53 yards in the win. Justyn Ross and Tee Higgins added 94 and 70 receiving yards respectively.

Jashaun Corbin rushed for 34 yards for Texas A&M, while Isaiah Spiller added 24 yards. Kellen Mond threw for 236 yards for the Aggies, while receivers Jhamon Ausbon and Kendrick Rogers had 69 and 60 yards respectively.

Texas A&M lost the offensive yardage battle to Clemson 389-289 yards in Saturday's game. Clemson had more first downs as that total ended up 26-18.

Clemson lost the time of possession battle 32:36-27:24, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Clemson takes its act on the road to face Syracuse looking for another win. For Texas A&M, they head home to face Lamar.
