Recap - Orange Defeat Western Michigan 52-33
Moe Neal tore up the turf for 123 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Orange to a 52-33 win over the Broncos at Carrier Dome.
Syracuse was the ATS victor, as they covered the -3.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 66.5 were rewarded at the payout window.
Moe Neal rushed for 123 yards, while Tommy DeVito added 85 yards in the win. Trishton Jackson and Aaron Hackett added 141 and 48 receiving yards respectively.
LeVante Bellamy rushed for 165 yards for Western Michigan, while Sean Tyler added 19 yards. Jon Wassink threw for 356 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Giovanni Ricci and Jaylen Hall had 105 and 93 yards respectively.
The time of possession battle favored Syracuse as their offense was on the field for 30:09, longer than the 29:51 of their opponents.
Next game, Syracuse takes its act home to face Holy Cross looking for another win. For Western Michigan, they head home to face Central Michigan.
