Nebraska Defeats Northwestern 13-10 - Recap

Northwestern was unable to slow down Wan'Dale Robinson, who produced 123 receiving yards as the Cornhuskers defeated the Wildcats 13-10 on Saturday.

The Cornhuskers earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -7.5-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 48.0 were rewarded with a winning wager.

Wan'Dale Robinson rushed for 44 yards, while Noah Vedral added 33 yards in the win. Wan'Dale Robinson and Austin Allen added 123 and 24 receiving yards respectively.

Aidan Smith rushed for 64 yards for Northwestern, while Drake Anderson added 61 yards. Aidan Smith threw for 136 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Riley Lees and Ramaud Chiaokhiao-Bowman had 48 and 27 yards respectively.

Northwestern lost the offensive yardage battle to Nebraska 319-293 yards in Saturday's game. Northwestern had more first downs as that total ended up 18-12.

Nebraska lost the time of possession battle 31:21-28:39, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Nebraska looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Minnesota. Northwestern will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Ohio State.
