Michigan Wolverines vs Penn State Nittany Lions Wrap - Penn State Wins 28-21

Michigan was unable to slow down KJ Hamler, who produced 108 receiving yards as the Nittany Lions defeated the Wolverines 28-21 on Saturday.

Penn State won on the scoreboard, but lost at the pay window as they failed to cover the -7.5-point spread. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 46.5.

Ricky Slade rushed for 48 yards, while Journey Brown added 19 yards in the win. KJ Hamler and Jahan Dotson added 108 and 37 receiving yards respectively.

Zach Charbonnet rushed for 81 yards for Michigan, while Shea Patterson added 34 yards. Shea Patterson threw for 276 yards for the Wolverines, while receivers Nico Collins and Ronnie Bell had 89 and 82 yards respectively.

Penn State lost the offensive yardage battle to Michigan 417-283 yards in Saturday's game. Michigan had more first downs as that total ended up 26-14.

The time of possession battle favored Michigan as their offense was on the field for 37:45, longer than the 22:15 of their opponents.

Next game, Penn State takes its act on the road to face Michigan State looking for another win. For Michigan, they head home to face Notre Dame.
