Nevada Falls 36-10 to Aggies - Recap
Gerold Bright tore up the turf for 126 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Aggies to a 36-10 win over the Wolf Pack at Merlin Olsen Field at Maverik Stadium.
Utah State was a favorite by -21.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went UNDER the consensus closing total of 59.0.
Gerold Bright rushed for 126 yards, while Jaylen Warren added 73 yards in the win. Siaosi Mariner and Deven Thompkins added 53 and 46 receiving yards respectively.
Toa Taua rushed for 84 yards for Nevada, while Devonte Lee added 25 yards. Malik Henry threw for 213 yards for the Wolf Pack, while receivers Romeo Doubs and Dominic Christian had 80 and 42 yards respectively.
Nevada lost the offensive yardage battle to Utah State 418-326 yards in Saturday's game. Utah State had more first downs as that total ended up 22-15.
Utah State lost the time of possession battle 34:39-25:21, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Next game, Utah State takes its act on the road to face Air Force looking for another win. For Nevada, they head on the road to face Wyoming.
