Vanderbilt Falls 56-0 to Gators - Recap
Kyle Trask's 363-yard performance through the air was the key in Florida's 56-0 win over Vanderbilt on Saturday at Florida Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
The Gators were a -27.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 49.5.
Kyle Trask completed 25 of 37 pass attempts for 363 yards for the Gators in the win.
Keyon Brooks rushed for 34 yards for Vanderbilt, while Ke'Shawn Vaughn added 28 yards. Allan Walters threw for 17 yards for the Commodores, while receivers James Bostic and Cam Johnson had 32 and 16 yards respectively.
Vanderbilt lost the offensive yardage battle to Florida 560-128 yards in Saturday's game. Florida had more first downs as that total ended up 33-12.
Florida lost the time of possession battle 33:22-26:38, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
Florida heads into a Week 12 battle against Missouri. Vanderbilt, meanwhile, will have their next action against Kentucky.
