Buckeyes vs Nittany Lions Final: 28-17 - Recap

J.K. Dobbins scampered through the Penn State defense for 157 yards as Ohio State handed the Nittany Lions a 28-17 defeat on Saturday at Ohio Stadium.

The Buckeyes earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -20.0-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 58.0 were rewarded with a winning wager.

J.K. Dobbins rushed for 157 yards, while Justin Fields added 68 yards in the win. K.J. Hill and Chris Olave added 46 and 44 receiving yards respectively.

Journey Brown rushed for 64 yards for Penn State, while Will Levis added 34 yards. Sean Clifford threw for 71 yards for the Nittany Lions, while receivers KJ Hamler and Pat Freiermuth had 45 and 40 yards respectively.

Ohio State outgained Penn State 417-227 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 27-15 by the Buckeyes.

The time of possession battle favored Ohio State as their offense was on the field for 34:15, longer than the 25:45 of their opponents.

Ohio State heads into a Week 14 battle against Michigan. Penn State, meanwhile, will have their next action against Rutgers.
