Cincinnati Defeats Temple 15-13 - Recap

Cincinnati got a 106-yard performance from Michael Warren II as a key part of its 15-13 victory over the Owls on Saturday at Nippert Stadium.

The Bearcats won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -8.5-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

Michael Warren II rushed for 106 yards, while Gerrid Doaks added 37 yards in the win. Rashad Medaris and Malick Mbodj added 19 and 16 receiving yards respectively.

Re'Mahn Davis rushed for 71 yards for Temple, while Jager Gardner added 24 yards. Anthony Russo threw for 228 yards for the Owls, while receivers Jadan Blue and Jose Barbon had 120 and 28 yards respectively.

Temple outgained Cincinnati 310-210 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 20-14 by the Owls.

Cincinnati led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:00-28:00 split in that important category.

Next game, Cincinnati takes its act on the road to face Memphis looking for another win. For Temple, they head home to face Connecticut.
