Gators vs Wildcats Final: 34-10 - Recap
Kentucky couldn't hang with the Gators on Saturday as Florida blasted the Wildcats 34-10 in Week 13 action at Florida Field at Ben Hill Griffin Stadium.
Florida was the ATS victor, as they covered the -23.5-point spread as a favorite. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 60.5 were rewarded at the payout window.
Dameon Pierce rushed for 67 yards, while Malik Davis added 21 yards in the win. Kyle Pitts and Jacob Copeland added 99 and 42 receiving yards respectively.
Asim Rose rushed for 58 yards for Kentucky, while Kavosiey Smoke added 47 yards. Terry Wilson threw for 62 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Josh Ali and Keaton Upshaw had 32 and 28 yards respectively.
Kentucky was outgained by Florida 418-221 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 21-15 by the Gators.
The time of possession battle favored Kentucky as their offense was on the field for 33:19, longer than the 26:41 of their opponents.
Next game, Florida takes its act on the road to face Tennessee looking for another win. For Kentucky, they head home to face South Carolina.
