Cavaliers vs Cardinals Final: 31-17 - Recap

Virginia earned a 31-17 victory over Louisville on Saturday in Week 11 action at David A. Harrison III Field at Scott Stadium.

Louisville outgained Virginia 478-368 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 21-18 by the Cavaliers.

Louisville lost the time of possession battle 30:32-29:28, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Virginia heads into a Week 12 battle against Abilene Christian. Louisville, meanwhile, will have their next action against Syracuse.
