Colorado Falls 30-0 to Golden Gophers - Recap

Trey Potts scampered through the Colorado defense for 121 yards as Minnesota handed the Buffaloes a 30-0 defeat on Saturday at Folsom Field.

Minnesota won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +2.0-point spread as underdogs. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 49.0.

Trey Potts rushed for 121 yards, while Mar'Keise Irving added 89 yards in the win. Chris Autman-Bell and Daniel Jackson added 79 and 39 receiving yards respectively.

Drew Carter rushed for 9 yards for Colorado, while Jarek Broussard added 8 yards. Brendon Lewis threw for 55 yards for the Buffaloes, while receivers Brenden Rice and Alex Fontenot had 25 and 12 yards respectively.

Colorado was outgained by Minnesota 441-63 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 22-6 by the Golden Gophers.

Minnesota led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 40:13-19:47 split in that important category.

Next game, Minnesota takes its act home to face Bowling Green looking for another win. For Colorado, they head on the road to face Arizona State.
