Recap - Bulldogs Defeat Wyoming 17-0

Wyoming failed to break through the Fresno State defense on Saturday, suffering a 17-0 shutout at the hands of the Bulldogs in Week 7 action.

Fresno State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -3.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go UNDER the closing number of 53.5.

Jordan Mims rushed for 78 yards, while Ronnie Rivers added 73 yards in the win. Zane Pope and Ronnie Rivers added 33 and 19 receiving yards respectively.

Sean Chambers rushed for 51 yards for Wyoming, while Titus Swen added 36 yards. Levi Williams threw for 32 yards for the Cowboys, while receivers Ayden Eberhardt and Xazavian Valladay had 45 and 32 yards respectively.

Fresno State was outgained by Wyoming 271-259 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 16-15 by the Cowboys.

The time of possession battle favored Fresno State as their offense was on the field for 32:40, longer than the 27:20 of their opponents.

Next game, Fresno State takes its act home to face Nevada looking for another win. For Wyoming, they head home to face New Mexico.
