UNLV Rebels vs Nevada Wolf Pack Wrap - Nevada Wins 51-20

Carson Strong was good for 417 yards through the air on Friday as the Wolf Pack got past the Rebels by a score of 51-20 at Clarence Mackay Stadium.

Nevada was a favorite by -18.5 points and came through with an ATS victory for bettors. The game went OVER the consensus closing total of 58.5.

Carson Strong completed 37 of 49 pass attempts for 417 yards for the Wolf Pack in the win.

Charles Williams rushed for 30 yards for UNLV, while Courtney Reese added 8 yards. Cameron Friel threw for 283 yards for the Rebels, while receivers Steve Jenkins and Kyle Williams had 133 and 60 yards respectively.

UNLV lost the offensive yardage battle to Nevada 438-293 yards in Friday's game. Nevada had more first downs as that total ended up 25-21.

UNLV lost the time of possession battle 31:18-28:42, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Nevada looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against San Jose State. UNLV will aim to get back on the winning track at New Mexico.
