Huskies Fall 49-17 Against UCF - Game Recap
Johnny Richardson tore up the turf for 147 rushing yards on Saturday to lead the Knights to a 49-17 win over the Huskies at Bounce House.
The Knights were a -30.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 56.0.
Johnny Richardson rushed for 147 yards, while Parker Navarro added 41 yards in the win. Brandon Johnson and Ryan O'Keefe added 125 and 56 receiving yards respectively.
Nathan Carter rushed for 77 yards for UCONN, while Kevin Mensah added 39 yards. Steven Krajewski threw for 174 yards for the Huskies, while receivers Jay Rose and Nathan Carter had 89 and 47 yards respectively.
UCONN lost the offensive yardage battle to UCF 537-311 yards in Saturday's game. UCF had more first downs as that total ended up 23-17.
UCONN led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:30-27:30 split in that important category.
UCF heads into a Week 13 battle against USF. UCONN, meanwhile, will have their next action against Houston.
