Lobos Fall 38-0 Against LSU - Game Recap

LSUÆs defense shut down New Mexico 38-0 in Week 4 action at Tiger Stadium on Saturday.

The Tigers were a -31.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 43.5.

Noah Cain rushed for 94 yards, while John Emery Jr. added 45 yards in the win. Brian Thomas Jr. and Malik Nabers added 76 and 65 receiving yards respectively.

Nathaniel Jones rushed for 33 yards for New Mexico, while Christian Washington added 13 yards. Miles Kendrick threw for 47 yards for the Lobos, while receivers Jaden Hullaby and Geordan Porter had 38 and 6 yards respectively.

LSU outgained New Mexico 633-88 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 28-2 by the Tigers.

LSU led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 37:10-22:50 split in that important category.

LSU looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Auburn. New Mexico will aim to get back on the winning track at UNLV.
