Wildcats vs Sooners Final: 41-34 - Recap

Oklahoma was unable to contain Adrian Martinez on Saturday and the result was a 41-34 Week 4 loss against the Wildcats.

Kansas State won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the +13.0-point spread as underdogs. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 53.0.

Adrian Martinez rushed for 148 yards, while Deuce Vaughn added 116 yards in the win. Ben Sinnott and Phillip Brooks added 80 and 56 receiving yards respectively.

Eric Gray rushed for 114 yards for Oklahoma, while Dillon Gabriel added 61 yards. Dillon Gabriel threw for 330 yards for the Sooners, while receivers Marvin Mims and Theo Wease had 87 and 75 yards respectively.

Kansas State lost the offensive yardage battle to Oklahoma 550-509 yards in Saturday's game. Kansas State had more first downs as that total ended up 28-26.

Oklahoma lost the time of possession battle 33:46-24:56, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.

Next game, Kansas State takes its act home to face Texas Tech looking for another win. For Oklahoma, they head on the road to face TCU.
