Shaun Shivers rushed for 32 yards for Indiana, while Josh Henderson added 20 yards. Connor Bazelak threw for 292 yards for the Hoosiers, while receivers Emery Simmons and Cam Camper had 99 and 69 yards respectively.

Indiana was outgained by Maryland 442-351 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 25-23 by the Terrapins.

The time of possession battle favored Maryland as their offense was on the field for 34:44, longer than the 25:16 of their opponents.

Maryland heads into a 8 battle against Northwestern. Indiana, meanwhile, will have their next action against Rutgers.
