Boise State Defeats Wyoming 20-17 - Recap

George Holani ran for 132 yards as Boise State handled Wyoming by a score of 20-17 on Saturday at Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium.

The Broncos won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -14.5-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

George Holani rushed for 132 yards, while Ashton Jeanty added 91 yards in the win. Billy Bowens and Latrell Caples added 77 and 39 receiving yards respectively.

Titus Swen rushed for 212 yards for Wyoming, while Dawaiian McNeely added 38 yards. Jayden Clemons threw for 30 yards for the Cowboys, while receivers Titus Swen and Joshua Cobbs had 17 and 13 yards respectively.

Boise State outgained Wyoming 480-308 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 25-11 by the Broncos.

The time of possession battle favored Boise State as their offense was on the field for 36:29, longer than the 23:31 of their opponents.

Boise State looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Utah State. Wyoming will aim to get back on the winning track at Fresno State.
