Recap - Knights Defeat Memphis 35-28
The Tigers had no answer for RJ Harvey on Saturday as the Knights rolled to a 35-28 win at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium.
The Knights were a -2.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 60.5.
RJ Harvey rushed for 151 yards, while Isaiah Bowser added 67 yards in the win. Kobe Hudson and Ryan O'Keefe added 85 and 75 receiving yards respectively.
Seth Henigan rushed for 69 yards for Memphis, while Brandon Thomas added 33 yards. Seth Henigan threw for 284 yards for the Tigers, while receivers Caden Prieskorn and Eddie Lewis had 76 and 62 yards respectively.
Memphis outgained UCF 433-427 yards in the game, while the battle of first downs was won 27-24 by the Tigers.
UCF lost the time of possession battle 30:53-29:07, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
UCF looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Tulane. Memphis will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Tulsa.
