Knights Down Boise State 18-16 - Match Report
The Broncos were burned by Kobe Hudson for 134 receiving yards on Saturday as the Knights picked up a 18-16 win at Albertsons Stadium.
The Knights earned a straight-up victory but suffered an ATS defeat in failing to cover the -3.0-point spread. Over-Under bettors who played UNDER the total of 58.5 were rewarded with a winning wager.
John Rhys Plumlee rushed for 73 yards, while RJ Harvey added 70 yards in the win. Kobe Hudson and Javon Baker added 134 and 73 receiving yards respectively.
Ashton Jeanty rushed for 115 yards for Boise State, while Taylen Green added 37 yards. Taylen Green threw for 144 yards for the Broncos, while receivers Ashton Jeanty and Stefan Cobbs had 97 and 68 yards respectively.
Boise State lost the offensive yardage battle to UCF 530-384 yards in Saturday's game. UCF had more first downs as that total ended up 23-22.
UCF lost the time of possession battle 31:57-28:03, leaving their defense on the field more than they wanted.
UCF looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against Villanova. Boise State will aim to get back on the winning track vs. North Dakota.
