Northwestern Wildcats vs Duke Blue Devils Recap - Blue Devils Win 38-14

Duke won 38-14 on Saturday against Northwestern behind a 112-yard receiving performance from Jalon Calhoun at Brooks Field at Wallace Wade Stadium.

Duke won and also put money in the pockets of their supporters by covering the -17.0-point spread as favorites. Totals bettors, meanwhile, saw the game go OVER the closing number of 47.5.

Riley Leonard rushed for 97 yards, while Jordan Waters added 65 yards in the win. Jalon Calhoun and Jordan Moore added 112 and 56 receiving yards respectively.

Cam Porter rushed for 49 yards for Northwestern, while Brendan Sullivan added 22 yards. Ben Bryant threw for 123 yards for the Wildcats, while receivers Cam Johnson and Bryce Kirtz had 45 and 42 yards respectively.

Northwestern lost the offensive yardage battle to Duke 487-267 yards in Saturday's game. Duke had more first downs as that total ended up 25-20.

The time of possession battle favored Duke as their offense was on the field for 31:06, longer than the 28:54 of their opponents.

Next game, Duke takes its act on the road to face UCONN looking for another win. For Northwestern, they head home to face Minnesota.
