LA Tech Bulldogs vs Nebraska Cornhuskers Recap - Cornhuskers Win 28-14

Heinrich Haarberg scampered through the LA Tech defense for 157 yards as Nebraska handed the Bulldogs a 28-14 defeat on Saturday at Tom Osborne Field at Memorial Stadium.

The Cornhuskers won the battle on the scoreboard, but not at the payout window as they failed to cover the -20.5-point spread. UNDER bettors were rewarded when the final score pointed to an UNDER play.

Heinrich Haarberg rushed for 157 yards, while Anthony Grant added 135 yards in the win. Billy Kemp IV and Thomas Fidone II added 62 and 29 receiving yards respectively.

Jacob Fields rushed for 28 yards for LA Tech, while Jack Turner added 17 yards. Jack Turner threw for 292 yards for the Bulldogs, while receivers Cyrus Allen and Smoke Harris had 102 and 73 yards respectively.

LA Tech was outgained by Nebraska 419-338 yards in Saturday's match, while the important battle of first downs was won 20-17 by the Cornhuskers.

Nebraska led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 31:58-28:02 split in that important category.

Nebraska heads into a Week 5 battle against Michigan. LA Tech, meanwhile, will have their next action against UTEP.
