Recap - Cowboys Defeat Fresno State 24-19

The Cowboys were Week 6 winners on Saturday, coming out on top of the Bulldogs by a score of 24-19 at Jonah Field at War Memorial Stadium.

Wyoming was the ATS victor, as they covered the +5.5-point spread as an underdog. Over-Under bettors who played OVER the total of 42.5 were rewarded at the payout window.

Harrison Waylee rushed for 83 yards, while Andrew Peasley added 25 yards in the win. Treyton Welch and Wyatt Wieland added 74 and 50 receiving yards respectively.

Malik Sherrod rushed for 48 yards for Fresno State, while Elijah Gilliam added 11 yards. Logan Fife threw for 68 yards for the Bulldogs, while receivers Jalen Moss and Mac Dalena had 115 and 90 yards respectively.

Fresno State lost the offensive yardage battle to Wyoming 329-324 yards in Saturday's game. Wyoming had more first downs as that total ended up 27-17.

Wyoming led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:12-27:48 split in that important category.

Wyoming heads into a Week 7 battle against Air Force. Fresno State, meanwhile, will have their next action against Utah State.
