Penn State Defeats Massachusetts 63-0 - Recap

Penn State dominated with defense on Saturday, taking a 63-0 shutout win over Massachusetts in Week 7 action at Beaver Stadium.

The Nittany Lions were a -42.5-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score went OVER the total, which closed at 55.0.

Nicholas Singleton rushed for 79 yards, while Kaytron Allen added 68 yards in the win. Theo Johnson and Harrison Wallace III added 66 and 44 receiving yards respectively.

Kay'Ron Lynch-Adams rushed for 31 yards for Massachusetts, while Ahmad Haston added 29 yards. Ahmad Haston threw for 20 yards for the Minutemen, while receivers George Johnson III and Gino Campiotti had 24 and 10 yards respectively.

Massachusetts lost the offensive yardage battle to Penn State 408-109 yards in Saturday's game. Penn State had more first downs as that total ended up 28-9.

Massachusetts led the time of possession tally, as the game finished as a 32:58-27:02 split in that important category.
